CIP Online Automatic Cleaning System is directly connected to the need to clean equipment through the CIP pipelines, which avoids secondary pollution during cleaning.

The process is dominated by the following steps:

1.     Hot water flushing (heating through the plate heat exchanger or jacket heating): Rinse of residues and foams in the tank or pipes to be cleaned;

2.     Hot alkali washing (heating through the plate heat exchanger or jacket heating): The first step is to soak and flush the residue and oil which is not rinsed off with a certain concentration of hot alkali water, to remove the more difficult to clean material;

3.     Purified water flushing (heating through a plate heat exchanger or jacket heating): Use purified water to rinse off the alkali liquor in the second step; In the three cleaning steps, if you want to omit one of these steps, you can set the cleaning time of the step directly to zero. Test the electrical conductivity in the third step of purified water washing, when continuous testing is qualified, can be drained directly; if the conductivity detection is unqualified, use acid and alkali to treat, and continue to clean until the final cleaning fluid conductivity test is qualified.

4.     It can be run manually or automatically when cleaning, manual operation is mainly used in partial cleaning or strengthen cleaning when the automated cleaning is not washed clean: Automatic operation is a one-time cleaning after a batch of production is completed.

5.     The control unit kernel of this system adopts a high-quality Siemens PLC system, which has first-class data control precision and stability.
