Introduction
The solid material is evenly distributed by a special distribution device at the feed end of the Solid Vacuum Belt Dryer, which precisely lays the material on the conveyor track without affecting the vacuum level of the belt drying system. In the vacuum environment, the material is transported at a uniform speed with the belt, and when it runs to the end of the belt, it automatically falls to the lower belt through gravity, forming a multi-stage circular conveying process. The number of belt layers configured with the equipment varies according to the model specifications. Temperature-adjustable heating plates are equipped under the belts, which can set the appropriate working temperature according to the characteristics of the material. The material is heated and dehydrated by heat conduction, and then enters the cooling section to realize the cooling and loosening of the material. Finally, the dried product is automatically discharged through the isolated discharge bin at the discharge end and screened by the oscillating screening device, so as to obtain a dry solid finished product that meets the requirements.
