Working Principle

Raw material is heated by hot water through the kettle external jacket and internal rotation roller under high vacuum degree status. Continuous rotation of the roller increases evaporation area and speed, resulting in thin film evaporation. By continuous contact with the surface of the rotating roller, the thin raw material is heated to evaporate.
